How Online DTP Design Order Works

Online DTP ordering helps customers choose a design and complete customization through WhatsApp. It is useful for customers who want visiting cards, letterheads, envelopes, invoices, delivery challans, banners, certificates, ID cards and other DTP design work without visiting a shop multiple times.

Browse Sample Designs

The customer first browses categories or gallery pages and selects a sample design. The sample design is used as a reference for style, layout or idea. It is not sold directly as a ready-made design.

Place Order Through WhatsApp

After choosing a design, the customer clicks the WhatsApp order button and sends basic details. WhatsApp is used because it is simple for sharing text, logo, photos and corrections.

Share Required Details

The customer should share business name, phone number, address, logo, photo, GST number if required and other text content. Clear information helps prepare the design faster.

Design Customization

We customize the selected design with customer details. If the customer wants a different color, layout change or custom design, it can be discussed before starting the work.

Proof Sharing

A proof is shared through WhatsApp. The customer should check all details carefully. Corrections can be requested based on the order type and work stage.

Final Delivery

After approval, final design files are delivered digitally. If printing or physical delivery is required, it will be discussed separately.
