Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to DTP design service orders placed through Online DTP Studio.

Cancellation Before Work Starts

If you cancel an order before design work has started, cancellation may be accepted. Please contact us as soon as possible through WhatsApp or phone.

After Work Starts

Once DTP design work, customization, editing, or proof preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible because time and effort are already spent on the service.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for completed design customization work. If a refund is approved in a special case, it will be processed based on the actual work completed and communication with the customer.

Corrections

If there is a mistake from our side, we will correct it. If changes are requested due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional charges may apply depending on the work involved.

Customer Approval

Customers should check design proof carefully before approval. After approval, changes may be limited and may require additional charges.
